      Given a website, a prepared worksheet, and a pencil, each 3rd grade student will be able to classify living and nonliving things in an environment knowing all 6 characteristics of living things, and will be able to give at least 2 examples of nonliving things.





      Standard 2
      Students will understand that organisms depend on living and nonliving things within their environment.
